SHIPPING & RETURNS
Online orders are shipped through the customer chosen delivery service and delivery will take approximately up to 10 business days after you have received your shipping confirmation email.
Duties and taxes applied by the imported countries are not included in the estimate and are the responsibility of the customer.
The order time may increase depending on the Customs Office’s procedures in the destination country.
Payment is made through Shopify. You will receive your bill online.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately following the placement of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until you receive your confirmation email, which will include a confirmation number for your order. These emails are sent automatically. If you do not receive these notifications, please check your spam folder or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

We aim to ship out your order within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Barber & Co. is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by postal services, courier or custom agencies.
For your security, we do not keep your credit card number on file.
FOREIGN FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES
Cross-border or international orders may be subjected to duties and/or taxes issued by the importing country and financial institutions. By placing an order with Barber & Co. , you acknowledge that you understand the possible additional charges and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse any additional payments, you order will be returned to Barber & Co. and you will receive a credit for any shipping and import fees associated with the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Barber & Co shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. Barber & Co. does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We will contact you by email or phone if any additional information is necessary to verify your identity or confirm your order. Your order will not be charged and will be placed on hold for 3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
For online purchases:
• Please ship all exchanges and returns back to Barber & Co. Lab within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
• The sale receipt must accompany the products purchased.
• The item(s) must be in its original condition; unopened and sealed.
• Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. Sale and clearance items purchased online can not be returned for exchange or for store credit.
• For all online orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to the store. If you are receiving an exchange and live in the continental US or Canada, we will ship your first exchanged item from the store at no additional charge (this is not applicable to international orders).
• All international orders will be returned and exchanged at the customer’s expense.
• Unauthorized merchandise will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
